His slightly obsessive relationship with magic started at 12, after learning a simple card trick on YouTube. What stuck wasn’t the trick, it was the reaction. The moment people paused, leaned in, and connected from the same shared astonishing experience. That’s been the focus ever since: not just performing magic, but using it to bring people together and break down barriers in any room.
An Applied Mathematics graduate from NUS, Jerryl took the less conventional path, performing in the toughest nightlife scenes before making his way to stages in LA and Vegas. He is renowned for his quick-wit, charisma, and sharp comedic timing, all while keeping an air of sophistication. He has also been featured on esteemed media platforms such as Channel 8, Channel 5, Class95 FM, 8days and Timeout Magazine.
The real magic isn’t just in the tricks it’s in the connections they create.

Today, Jerryl Tan’s stages include corporate events, gala dinners, and customised brand activation launches for Google, Rolls Royce, TikTok, Singapore Airlines, and Rolex, with shows that scale to a thousand people.
